They did a great job and was very meticulous on the small details such as the molding and caulking of the stairs case. They were very attentive and took time to clean up after everything was done. Since we live in Massachusetts, we weren’t there during the renovation, but that actually made things easier for the team. They had the keys and handled the whole project from start to finish without any issues. Gerald was our main point of contact, and he was fantastic. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we knew the schedule every step of the way. Communication was excellent, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. One thing that really stood out was their showroom in Myrtle Beach. It had everything we needed, and it made choosing materials super convenient. Overall, we had a great experience working with a contractor outside of Massachusetts. Home Identity made the process smooth and stress-free. We totally recommend them!
