April 5, 2025My husband and I bought a fixer upper back in 2022, and flipped it. We called Geraldo to request a quote and the price was very reasonable. Geraldo and his team showed up in our house in finish the job in one day. They remove all the old flooring and installed the new one in one way. We couldn't believe how quickly they finished. Geraldo called me and asked if we were 100% satisfied with the new flooring and installation. I thought that was very professional of him! We love the new flooring, we lived there for two years and recently sold it. Enough to day we didn't have any issues selling because of the pretty modern flooring. Forever grateful with Geraldo! You can fully trust his professionalism for any project!!

Since we live in Massachusetts, we weren’t there during the renovation, but that actually made things easier for the team. They had the keys and handled the whole project from start to finish without any issues. Gerald was our main point of contact, and he was fantastic. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we knew the schedule every step of the way. Communication was excellent, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. One thing that really stood out was their showroom in Myrtle Beach. It had everything we needed, and it made choosing materials super convenient. Overall, we had a great experience working with a contractor outside of Massachusetts. Home Identity made the process smooth and stress-free. We totally recommend them!
